At The Bridal Studio, we're dedicated to creating a personalized and unforgettable shopping experience for you!

To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service and guide you through your shopping process, we've put in place a few guidelines regarding our bridal appointments.

 

Exclusive Designer Collections: Prior to your appointment, we recommend pre-shopping our inventory to share with your stylist!

Our collection of exclusive designers ranges from $2,000 - $12,000. The majority of our gowns are between $3,000 - $6,000.

 

When to start shopping: The best time to start shopping is 10-12 months before your wedding, this way you are seeing collections for your wedding season. If you are in a pinch for time rush options are available depending on the designer.

 

Private Bridal Suites: During your appointment, enjoy refreshments and treats in your private luxury bridal suite with a devoted stylist.

 

appointment Fees: All of our appointments incur a $25 appointment fee.

 

The value it holds: Our bridal appointments are curated for you, with our expert stylists ready to assist every step of the way.

To honor their time and expertise, all appointment fees are non-refundable and are payable when you book your appointment.

We are happy to deduct your appointment fee from your bridal order if you order and pay on the day.

 

Respecting Your Time: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexibility for rescheduling.

While cancellations are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment.

 

Guest Policy: Please limit guests to 4 adults. Due to the delicate nature of our studio, children and infants are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.

Due to the delicate nature of our boutique and consideration of other guests, we kindly ask you to not invite children (including infants) under the age of 8 to your appointment. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Majority of our gowns are between $3000 - $6000

Our designers do not modify their gowns or allow us to order matching fabrics to make modifications. If you have your heart set on a particular gown, please reach out.

To secure your appointment, we require your card details.

 

  • A $100 cancellation fee applies to all appointments.
  • Your card will be kept on file but will not be charged unless you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.
